This training course aims to give trainees knowledge and understanding in harassment free office and allows trainees to view realistic scenes and be tested on their knowledge retention. Workplace Harassment is an issue no organisation can afford to ignore. The consequences of workplace harassment can be low productivity & morale, high turnover of staff, poor customer service and costly legal actions.
