This training course aims to give trainees knowledge and understanding in how to run a successful meeting and allows trainees to view realistic scenes and be tested on their knowledge retention. Successful meetings produce results that enable organisations to progress and grow. Unless properly planned and executed, meetings can be a terrible waste of precious resources.
